Personally, I was disappointed. But maybe my prejudice is showing. If a dog’s feet don’t show, then how can you tell if its walking correctly. What I mean is if a dogs foot turns in or out when walking, they do not get best in show or even best in breed. You can’t even see a Peke’s feet. I would have loved to see either the Dobe or dalmation win. What’s your thoughts on the winner.

Since the Dobe has been my breed of choice for almost 30 years, and I’m on my 10th one right now, I too was hoping that Fifi would go BIS, however the only thing that counts is what dog the judge puts up. I can’t say that I’m disappointed with the judges choice as that Peke is very lovely for it’s breed. When I got up this morning and took a look at the Cyberdobes list I belong too, there were so many posts saying that the Peke should be arrested as it STOLE from Fifi. (lol) Then there was someone else who posted that their ex had a cat that use to puke nicer looking hairballs than what the Peke looked like. Keep in mind that this was a DOBE list, and most of the members do show, so I guess the comments were to be expected. As for Dobermans, I will still say that Toledobes Serenghetti (sp) who did go BIS at Westminster some years back, is better than Fifi, but that’s just my opinion and I’m also partial to red/rst b*tches.

Last night she had hot ears, was agitated, walked constantly and chewed and swallowed, a corner of a blanket her bed cover and part of the stuffing, a curtain and licked the floor and our leather furniture. Today here ears are cool and she is fine . She did this one time last summer. What’s wrong?

A dogs ears being hot or cold does not signal any health issues or ANYTHING of "importantance" what so ever!

Behavior changes often indicate health issues, if your dog is pacing, and constantly walking and is acting different, or agitated as you say, take her to the Vet, something could or is wrong. You say she ate some stuffing or her blanket bed cover, this could have caused a blockage or she could have gotten sick.

If she is acting normal, what she ate may have dislodged and passed. Monitor her, if she acts stranger or shows signs of sickness, get her to the Vet ASAP

Also, changer her bedding. Get her a regular dog bed or put her somewhere where she can’t eat fabric off of blankets/sheets.

Lately google did something to their rank algorithm,   in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, on official google blog it is estimated 11.8% search results will be affected by this update, in plain English, there are about 12% of google search results are considered low quality by google itself. The update was initiated more than a year ago, no wonder I saw a few of my keywords’ ranks dropped like a rock, the good thing is that those keywords promoted by content rich links are not affected, some of the keywords even ranked better than before, it’s almost a sure thing that plain link building loses all it’s attraction, at least in the eye of google.

Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they put your links on websites which only exist for holding links, these websites will only be updated when new links are being added, it’s safe to assume all of them are trash, the name link spamming are just for these sites. The latest google update will definitely downgrade most if not all of these sites, any links on them will be affected too. 

Examples will be great for explanation. It was quite some time ago, I needed to rank the keyword, Traffic Cones, at that time almost every body was doing plain linking campaign, a lot of sites I used had too many links, worst yet, those sites had no content at all. In the beginning, the ranking of the keyword in question rise pretty fast, eventually the keyword could be found on first page, the party was over when google updated it’s algorithm. Now let’s look at another keyword, chain puller , we put the link in relevant context, with very few plain links, the rank for this keyword is making me real happy. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? In fact the only thing matters here is content, so if you create great content, you will attract readers as well as search engines. How do you do it? Writing articles and building blogs, such as this interesting blog, fathers day gift , in the beginning I just post to it casually, lately I added nice stuff left and right, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. As far as SEO concerned, creating quality content and article marketing is what we have to do to get great result. Say you’re building your own bogging network, such as Polyester Sling, then you will have a powerful weapon in your SEO arsenal.

Remember content is king, you just need to create content, share the content with people, and put your keywords in the context you’re good to go, this strategy will prevail in short or long term. Whatever you do, you will need persistence and patience, you shouldn’t expect things to improve overnight, be it your business or search rankings, now all we need to do is to share our love for creating and sharing great content and not to worry about the search results every day. The Twitter tools is a wordpress plugin, you can install it, then go ahead register a new twitter account and app, set up API credentials in your twitter tools option, then every new post on your blog will show up in your twitter page, it’s real easy and useful, no one should miss this tool out.

I live on the West coast and set my DVR to record the Dog Show on CNBC which was what direct TV showed it to be on. It started recording at 6pm(9pm Eastern). But the problem was the dog show started at either 5pm or 5:30 pm. So I missed the whole hound group. Now I know it will be most likely repeated later. But I was wondering if any of you had this problem.

It STARTED on LIFETIME…then finished CNBC.
REPEATED on Lifetime already.

You may think there are already too many blogs out there, it’s not true, there will never be too many good blogs, for instance let’s examine this one, best smartphones 2011 , I build it as a hobby and kept adding good or mediocre content, I guess you believe this site won’t be doing too well, in reality this site is doing pretty well for more than a few search terms. As we can see, blog marketing with great content is the way to go. If you can build a group of your own blogs, for instance Traffic Cones, then you will have a powerful weapon in your SEO arsenal.

At the end of day all you have to do is to create attractive content, share the content with people, promote your business with the content, this strategy will prevail in short or long term. Whatever you do, you will need persistence and patience, you shouldn’t expect things to improve overnight, be it your business or search rankings, let’s keep building and maintaining our blogs until end of the day. Last but not least, if you don’t take social media account, you’re lost. For wordpress blogs, I recommend twitter tools, get a twitter account and API keys, link your blog to twitter, you should choose to post a tweet for every new post, it’s simple and elegant, if you don’t use this tool it’s just too bad.

ok so my dog got a cleaning cloth,its not very thick and at and its relatively small but for some reason she decided to eat it will she be ok?

What kind of dog is it and how much does she weigh. Usually, the larger the dog, the safer you are. You just have to wait to make sure there’s no bowel obstruction. A vet usually can X ray to see how far it has moved.
